Job summary

Aspinal of London is seeking a proactive, junior Product Development Administrator at our Head Office in Fernhurst, West Sussex. This entry level role offers an excellent introduction to the fashion industry and provides administrative support to the Head of Product Development and the Product Development Team.

Based in the HQ five days a week, you will manage sample and raw material shipments, prepare shipping documents and assist with NAV data entry.

Qualifications

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Send all raw material and sample shipments to Aspinal suppliers with accurate shipping documents.
• Liaise with suppliers on shipments, tracking and timely delivery.
• Assist in picking, packing and transferring raw materials from external warehouse to head office.
• Support the Product Development team with NAV data entry and updating tools.
