Job summary

Aspinal of London is seeking an entry-level Product Development Administrator at our Head Office in Fernhurst, West Sussex. You will provide administrative support to the Head of Product Development and the Product Development team, handling shipments, invoicing, and data entry while gaining insight into leather collection development.

The role is based at the West Sussex HQ, five days a week, offering a chance to learn in a dynamic fashion environment and support the PD team across showroom

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organised.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Send all raw material and sample shipments with accurate shipping documents.
• Liaise with suppliers on shipments and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Assist with picking/packing raw materials from external warehouse and transferring to head office.
• Support PD team by entering data into the NAV system and keeping development tools up to date.
• Maintain the sample archive and organise the showroom and materials.
