Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in product development.
• Experience with sampling, lab dips, strike-offs and fabric submissions.
• Ability to measure samples and organize for fittings.
• Knowledge of colour and fabric checks.
• Experience tracking production progress with factories.
• Ability to monitor critical path deadlines.
• Experience in cross-functional meetings with design, sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update sampling and production trackers.
• Track and follow up on samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and fabric submissions with factories.
• Prepare shipping reports, monitor production progress with factories, update trackers with relevant information, and communicate any issues to the teams.
• Measure samples and organize them for fitting sessions.
• Perform colour and fabric checks on samples, providing detailed feedback and approvals to factories.
• Attend fit sessions, update workbooks with comments, and relay feedback to suppliers.
• Review lab dips and strike-offs, providing clear feedback to suppliers throughout development and production.
• Monitor and manage critical path deadlines, ensuring all key milestones are met on time.
• Engage in cross-functional meetings with design, sales, and product teams to align on seasonal objectives.
