SUCCESS TALENT is seeking an Apparel Product Developer for Mens, Ladies and Kidswear in Manchester. This permanent role supports our in‑house “own brand” team, driving development from concept to delivery across multiple categories.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in High Street fashion.
• Experience across men's, women's, junior and accessories categories.
• Strong self-motivation, time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to critical paths to ensure the smooth progression of the product development process.
• Managing all seal samples.
• Conducting fit sessions to ensure proper garment fit.
• Measuring and providing detailed feedback on own-brand samples.
• Preparing comprehensive workbooks with accurate specifications, grade rules, testing protocols and risk assessments.
• Ensuring products comply with regulations, safety standards and legislation.
• Testing product performance and overseeing quality control.
• Managing and supporting design handovers.
• Serving as the key point of contact throughout the development process.
• Collaborating with overseas suppliers and travelling when necessary.
• Working closely with the design and buying teams to offer guidance on new product development.
