SUCCESS TALENT is seeking an Apparel Product Developer in Watford for a global sportswear brand. This permanent role pays up to £40,000 (DOE) and covers both menswear and womenswear, working closely with design to turn concepts into accurate, on-time product through every stage of development.

Responsibilities include design approvals, cost oversight, creating measurement charts for suppliers, managing labels via the portal, coordinating supplier allocation, and approving lab dips and samples.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in sportswear/athleisure across menswear and womenswear.
• Proficiency in Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques and pattern cutting.
• Experience with suppliers in the Far East.
• Experience in wholesale business model.

Responsabilités

• Participating in design approvals
• Overseeing operational work and costing
• Creating measurement charts for suppliers
• Using the supplier portal to manage labels and ensuring factories use the correct ones
• Handling supplier allocation and providing tech packs and line lists
• Approving lab dips, print strike-offs, and embroideries
• Hanging and organizing samples
• Communicating with factories regarding proto, pre-bulk, pre-sell, and SMS timelines
