Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT in London is seeking a Junior Womenswear Designer to join a global casualwear brand. In this permanent role, you will assist in design and development across multiple product categories, reporting to the Creative Director.

You will conduct trend research, brainstorm with the team, prepare CADs for approval, support graphic design, and assemble tech packs. The candidate should have at least two years of industry experience and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of fashion design experience in womenswear.
• Portfolio demonstrating design and development process.
• Familiarity with CAD and tech packs.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Designer to join a global casualwear brand based in London. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will contribute to the design and development of the brand's womenswear collections across multiple product categories.

Responsibilities include conducting research, brainstorming seasonal trends with the team, and assisting in the creation of creative decks for seasonal collections. You will prepare and finalize CADs for approval, support graphic design needs, and prepare tech packs. Gathering market intelligence, analysing trends, and applying them effectively will be essential.

Additionally, you will assist in fit sessions, follow up with factories, and support marketing shoots through styling when needed.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of industry experience.
