Job summary

Morson Group in Bristol is seeking a Junior Product Designer to help design and continuously improve web and mobile products for an organisation based in Bristol. You’ll work alongside experienced designers and a wider product team to help enhance the current offering and modernise the wider design system.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI or product design work.
Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes or interface designs.
Knowledge of Figma is desirable.
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
An understanding of user-centred design and usability.
Curiosity about digital products, AI and emerging technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A genuine desire to learn, develop and grow as a product designer.

Responsibilities

Translate user needs into intuitive product experiences.
Collaborate with Designers, Developers, Product Owners and Testers.
Consider accessibility, responsiveness and usability throughout the design process.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-quality designs in Figma.
Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance the design process.
Contribute to the wider design system and maintain consistency across products.
Support user research, workshops and usability testing.
Use customer feedback and insights to improve existing features.
