Morson Group in Bristol is seeking a Junior Product Designer to help design and continuously improve web and mobile products for an organisation based in Bristol. You’ll work alongside experienced designers and a wider product team to help enhance the current offering and modernise the wider design system.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI or product design work.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes or interface designs.
• Knowledge of Figma is desirable.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of user-centred design and usability.
• Curiosity about digital products, AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and grow as a product designer.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Collaborate with Designers, Developers, Product Owners and Testers.
• Consider accessibility, responsiveness and usability throughout the design process.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-quality designs in Figma.

• Support user research, workshops and usability testing.
