Job summary

Quantum in London is seeking a Junior Product Designer to turn conversion ideas into testable designs across homepages, PLPs, PDPs and sign-up journeys. You will learn from results and help build patterns to test faster and grow our user base.

You will collaborate with CRO, creative and development teams, shape end-to-end journeys, and contribute to a scalable design system while maintaining a user-centric approach in a fast-paced ecommerce/affiliate environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience working in Product Design.
• A portfolio that shows how you design to get people to take action.
• Confident in Figma, including components and auto layout.

Responsibilities

• Design test variants for homepages, PLPs, PDPs and sign-up flows from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready files.
• Shape the end-to-end user journey from first visit to browsing and engaging with offers.
• Work with CRO, creative and development teams to launch experiments quickly and read results.
• Build and maintain reusable components in our Figma design system for faster test launches.
• Assist with qualitative research from usability sessions to feedback analysis to shape better hypotheses.
