Quantum in London is hiring a Junior Product Designer to turn conversion ideas into testable designs for landing pages, offer pages, and comparison journeys. You’ll contribute to our experimentation programme and help build patterns that enable faster testing across brands.

Your portfolio and Figma skills will shine as you collaborate with CRO, creative and development teams. A curious mind, strong English, and a team-first attitude will help you thrive in our fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• A portfolio shows how you design to drive action.
• Proficient in Figma including components and auto layout.
• Curious about why variants win and how to test.
• Able to take briefs and feedback and deliver clean design.
• Experience in performance marketing, affiliate, or lead generation is a bonus.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• No ego and thrives in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design test variants for landing pages, forms, offer pages and comparison journeys, from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready file.
• Work with CRO, creative and development teams to get experiments live quickly and read what the results tell us.
• Build and maintain reusable components in our Figma design system so new tests and brands launch faster.
• Support the newly acquired rewards brands as they join the experimentation programme.
• Help with qualitative research, from usability sessions to reviewing recordings, to shape better hypotheses.
