Job description

At Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Producer to become a pivotal part of our dynamic dream team on a 6 month FTC. If you have a knack for turning vision into reality and love the thrill of multifaceted production projects, this could be your perfect gig!

As an Executive Producer, you’ll be the trusty sidekick to our senior producer, helping to launch seasonal campaigns like a pro. No prior direct experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and support to nurture your talents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Producer in executing seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage product sourcing and inventory.
  • Develop styling and production packs for various projects.
  • Liaise with diverse stakeholders to meet varied project requirements.
  • Attend and contribute to styling sessions.
  • Prepare carnets for overseas shoots to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Create detailed call sheets for production teams.
  • Assist with licensing applications and relevant paperwork for child models.
  • Coordinate and book travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
  • Serve as an on-set resource for all product-related information during shoots.
  • Provide valuable assistance in post-production processes.
  • Attend project reviews to gather insights and key learnings for future projects.
  • Experience in planning within a commercial environment that emphasizes creative output.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and agency/client partners.
  • Capable of thriving under pressure and excelling at meeting tight client deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications.\
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
