Golden Wolf is looking for a savvy, creative-minded Executive Producer to join our squad in London. Partnering closely with our studio leadership, you'll be our contact for all UK/EU projects from the very first call to the final delivery, making sure every production shines bright.

You'll play a key role in levelling up the presence of Golden Wolf and our audio partners at Take Your Medicine across the UK, EU and eastern markets. Collaboration is at the heart of this role you’ll link up regularly with our talented creative teams across the UK and US to bring exciting global initiatives to life. Hours: 9AM-6PM, Monday–Friday
Location: Hybrid (Remote & In-Studio at Golden Wolf, London)

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Cultivate new relationships with potential clients through various channels.
• Conduct sales meetings with agencies and clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Guide and support the development of pitch decks and credentials.

Sales and Business Development:

• Drive new business and sales initiatives, from presentations and pitches to events and marketing outreach.
• Develop and execute global sales strategies in close collaboration with our US-based EP and creative crew.
• Generate and track leads through networking events and industry connections.
• Attend industry events and represent the company, showcasing our work and capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.
• Field inquiries, craft compelling bids, and nurture lasting client relationships.

Presentation and Communication:

• Present portfolios and projects to clients with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally, including timely responses to emails and follow-ups.
• Participate in awards entries strategy and submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals and project objectives.
• Develop quarterly reports and conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to review progress, set goals, and provide updates.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 5+ years of proven experience in sales and new business, particularly within animation and motion design. Bonus points if you also have live-action and illustration experience!
• Confident communicator who thrives independently and collaboratively, with stellar written and verbal skills.
• Sharp organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Naturally collaborative and energetic personality who vibes easily with diverse teams and clients.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar digital platforms is a plus.
• Must hold the right to work in the UK.
