We are looking for a project manager to join our growing translation agency.

This is a rewarding role, in which you will communicate with clients and contractors from all over the world.

This is an ideal role for a recent or upcoming translation degree graduate.

Responsibilities
  1. Management and processing of customer orders
  2. Full project lifecycle coordination
  3. Customer support and care
  4. Managing translators and other linguists to ensure projects are delivered correctly
  5. Providing excellent customer service to clients and subcontractors
  6. Sourcing and recruitment of subcontractors
  7. Using in-house CRM software
  8. Diary management
Required Skills/Attributes
  1. Excellent organisation and timekeeping
  2. Strong communication, both written and oral
  3. A positive and friendly approach to customers
  4. A commitment to delivering excellent customer services
  5. The ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
  6. Meticulous attention to detail

The position is immediately available and we are looking to recruit someone right away so if you are interested in translation and/or project management, please do get in touch.

Ideally you would be based in the Enfield or surrounding areas for easy commute to the office although the role is remote for the time being.
