We are an established, growing manufacturing specialist that invests in emerging talent. From Day 1, you will enjoy permanent direct employment, hands-on mentorship, support for continuous professional development, and an early finish every Friday afternoon for a long weekend.

Support NPI processes, including PPAP documentation, and establish Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Bills of Operations (BOOs) in the ERP system.
Providing hands-on coaching and technical guidance to shop-floor machine and process operators.
Assisting with sourcing, introducing, and commissioning new production machinery, fixtures, and tooling.
Supporting root-cause non‑conformance investigations and implementing corrective process improvements.
Collect, test, and analyse process data to identify bottlenecks and boost throughput.
Technical Foundations:A strong understanding of engineering principles, machining, and metal fabrication, plus the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
CAD Skills: Practical proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD modelling (SolidWorks).
Tooling & Cost Awareness: An appreciation of jig, fixture, and tool design, as well as manufacturing cost structures.
Education / Background: HNC (or higher) in Engineering, or time-served experience within a manufacturing/production engineering environment, supported by solid English and Maths.
Communication & Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with clear written reporting skills and a dedication to continuous improvement.
Desirable Experience: Exposure to process engineering standards, CNC programming/machining (milling/turning), laser cutting, press brake forming, or robot programming.
