Job summary

_nology is partnering with an organisation to recruit a Junior PMO Analyst to support projects and programmes across the business. This entry-level role is ideal for someone starting their career in PMO, eager to learn how projects are planned, governed, and delivered in a real operational environment.

You’ll work closely with the PMO team, supporting Project and Programme Managers with reporting, scheduling, financial tracking, and governance activities.

Qualifications

• Interest in projects, change delivery, or PMO work.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow structured processes.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Ability to obtain SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery teams by keeping project documentation up to date (plans, RAID logs, status reports).
• Manage and maintain project plans, including scheduling, resourcing, and overall programme coordination.
• Support forecasting activities, including forecast vs. actuals analysis.
• Assist with financial tasks such as revenue tracking, CCI, profitability, solution contingency, and basic budgeting.
• Handle T&M invoicing and associated administrative processes.
• Update PMO dashboards and produce governance reports.
