Junior PM – Building Services (M&E) in East Midlands

Job summary

Build Recruitment is working with a leading Facilities Management provider to appoint a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of mechanical and electrical projects across the East Midlands, including Nottingham.

You will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle from initial planning and costing through to delivery, completion and handover, with a view to developing into a fully-fledged Project Manager within 2–3 years.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Exposure to project delivery and coordination across building services.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements in building services.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of mechanical and electrical projects across East Midlands.
• Assist in planning, costing and progressing projects through to handover.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure works run smoothly.
