Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring a Junior Pizza Chef in Exeter. You’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, crafting sourdough pizzas in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll learn to work with our team to deliver efficient service while maintaining high standards in dough handling and topping quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, but training will be provided for new pizza staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, buzzy kitchen and keep up with demand.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Create sourdough pizzas to high standards on each shift.
• Prepare and cook pizzas with quality ingredients and speed.
• Work with the team to deliver fast, efficient service during peak times.
• Handle dough, stretch bases, and top pizzas with fresh ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized from prep to service.
• Contribute energy and passion to the Franco Manca vibe.

• £12.91 – 15.40 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £2.5 per hour on top of your pay)
