Job summary

Franco Manca Richmond is seeking a Junior Pizza Chef to join our busy kitchen in London. You will prepare and cook our renowned sourdough pizzas, ensuring top quality and consistency for every guest visit.

We welcome individuals who are passionate about food, eager to learn, and ready to be part of an upbeat team. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the Franco Academy network across the UK.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a professional kitchen.
• Willing to learn pizza-making.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• As a Junior Pizza Chef, you’ll be at the heart of what we do – creating the pizzas that keep our guests coming back for more.
• You’ll prepare and cook our legendary sourdough pizzas to perfection, maintaining high standards every time.
• Work closely with your team to deliver a fast, efficient service, even during the busiest shifts.
• Handle fresh dough, stretch bases, and top pizzas with the finest ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly – from prep to service.
• Bring energy and passion to the kitchen, contributing to the Franco Manca vibe.
