The post will be part of our junior physiotherapist rotation, incorporating outpatient, inpatient, and residential services across several Hobbs sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for autonomously assessing and treating a wide range of neurological patients in an outpatient setting with support from our experienced and friendly multi-disciplinary team (MDT), working alongside Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology, and Rehabilitation Assistant colleagues. We treat patients undergoing packages of intensive treatment as well as outpatients with complex neurological conditions such as spinal cord injury, stroke, brain injury, and MS.
Across Hobbs, we use a combination of conventional hands-on therapy and clinically-led neurotechnology, including exoskeletons, FES, robotic gait trainers, upper limb devices like MyoPro and GripAble, and virtual- and augmented reality. At our Bristol centre, you will have full access to our Tyromotion neurotechnology suite, with full training provided during your induction.

A supportive, friendly, and experienced clinical team passionate about rehabilitation. Opportunities for professional development include supervised training, networking, internal CPD activities, research involvement, and teaching. We foster a research culture with opportunities for involvement in projects and teaching through the MINT concept.
