Working closely with the wider People team and operational leaders, you'll help resolve day-to-day HR queries, improve existing processes and support initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to develop your HR skills and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries relating to HR, payroll, time and attendance.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, letters, certificates and termination documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and support HR reporting and data quality.
  • Support payroll preparation, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, performance and talent development programmes.
  • Collaborate with People teams and operational stakeholders on HR projects and day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment procedures and confidentiality requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in HR administration or People Operations, ideally in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification, or a degree in HR or a related field, is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with employee data and documentation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Workday or other HR systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and approachable attitude.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work independently while supporting the wider team.
  • A commitment to confidentiality, continuous improvement and providing a positive employee experience.
