Job summary

Bottomline is seeking an entry-level Implementation Consultant to join our Service Delivery team in Theale, with a hybrid work setup requiring three days on-site per week. You will install, configure and test payments products at customer environments, and develop required workflows and mappings to support successful implementations.

You will communicate with internal teams and customers, follow best-practice delivery methodologies, and participate in training and go-live support while learning

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in Service Delivery or Technical Support.
• Ability to communicate at varying levels of technical detail with customers & colleagues.
• Capable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure payments solutions in customer environments (remote or on-site).
• Validate data files for processing.
• Build Bacs Applications, Cheque profiles and Webforms.
• Migrate existing Direct Debit / Cheques to cloud-based solutions.
• Provide Customer Solution Training and Go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed solutions.
