Job summary

Bottomline Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Entry-level Implementation Consultant in Theale (Reading) withhybrid work arrangements. You will deliver technical orders for payments customers, install, configure and test products in customer environments, and develop customer workflows and mappings.

This role requires 3 days per week on-site and collaboration across project teams. Responsibilities include installation, training, go-live support, troubleshooting and ensuring delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in Service Delivery or Technical Support.
• Ability to communicate at varying levels of technical detail with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and test payments solutions in customer environments (remote or on-site).
• Build and migrate customer profiles and mapping templates.
• Provide customer training and go-live support; assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with project office, account managers and other consultants to deliver work on time.
