Job summary

Fever, based in London, is seeking an Associate Partner Project Manager to join the Partner Management team and drive the delivery of large-scale, complex partnerships in live entertainment. You will work closely with internal product, ops, and legal teams and coordinate with external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for structure and precision in execution.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communicator, especially with external partners.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and accountable.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Event experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience using Notion, Asana, or Airtable is a bonus.

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of high‑complexity projects including some of Fever's biggest partnership wins.
  • Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Communicate technical and operational needs clearly to Fever’s internal teams and work on an implementation plan to deliver them.
  • Take full ownership of timelines, deliverables, task tracking, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for the project, keep track of all requirements and process guidelines.
  • Manage and own events independently as you grow in the organisation.
  • Attend site visits or launches where necessary, acting as a confident representative of the team.

Ready to be part of the experience? We’re looking for an Associate Partner Project Manager to join our Partner Management team to support the delivery of large‑scale, complex, and often long‑term events and partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, ambiguity, and dynamic environments, someone who takes initiative, can bring structure, has an ability to pick up new skills quickly and has a meticulous eye for detail. You will be expected to work independently, communicate confidently with external stakeholders, and proactively solve problems.

Your Core Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of high‑complexity projects including some of our biggest partnership wins across sports, permanent attractions and other verticals
  • Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders (product, ops, legal, etc.) and external partners
