Qualifications

• Approximately 12 months of paraplanning experience or strong technical administration background in financial services.
• Currently studying toward the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, or keen to start.
• Solid understanding of pensions and investments.
• Analytical, accurate and well organised.
• Keen to build a long-term career in financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate suitability reports and letters to target deadlines.
• Carry out research to support client recommendations.
• Help Advisers check that advice is compliant and suitable.
• Review clients' financial positions from fact-find information.
• Prepare ongoing client reviews in line with service standards.
• Work with the administration team to implement new business.
• Respond accurately to client queries.
