Cranleigh Personnel is seeking a Junior Paraplanner on behalf of a boutique financial planning practice. The role involves working closely with an Adviser, attending meetings, and becoming a key part of the client journey.

Ideal for someone starting in paraplanning or an IFA administrator expanding into paraplanning, with strong emphasis on development, exams support, and a clear path toward advisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IFA/wealth management or financial planning setting.
• Junior paraplanning experience or IFA administration exposure to report writing.
• Candidate working towards Level 4 Diploma, with some exams completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Adviser, attend client meetings and contribute to financial planning.
• Develop paraplanning and client-facing skills with support from the team.
• Support meetings across London and surrounding counties; assist with reports.
