Job summary

Eden Rose in Knutsford is seeking a Junior Paraplanner to join our growing financial planning team. You’ll progress from an IFA Administrator, Client Support Administrator or Wealth Planning Assistant into paraplanning with ongoing training and support.

You'll work alongside experienced Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, gaining hands-on experience across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning while developing technical reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience within financial planning or wealth management.
• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator, Client Support Administrator or Wealth Planning Assistant would be advantageous.
• Working towards, or keen to study towards, the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of suitability reports.
• Conduct research across pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare illustrations, cashflow models and recommendation packs.
• Gather and analyse client information.
• Support Financial Advisers with technical queries.
• Liaise with providers, clients and third parties.
• Maintain accurate client records in line with FCA requirements.
• Assist with annual reviews and client meeting preparation.
