Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working within a Healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of the patient administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outpatient clinic lists are fully utilised to maximise capacity and support timely patient care.
• Provide line management support to administrative staff within Paediatric Department, including appraisals and staff development.
• Support validation of Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathways and ensure accurate patient records and appropriate booking.
• Monitor patients approaching or exceeding 52 weeks and collaborate with teams to implement timely treatment plans.
• Maintain strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively to ensure patient flow and service performance.
