Job summary

Bettervits is seeking a Junior Social Media Executive to grow our organic presence across Bettervits and Pawfy. This role combines creative ideation with hands-on execution, turning strategy into daily posts and community engagement.

You’ll manage content calendars, brief creators, coordinate workflows, and publish across platforms, including Instagram Stories and TikTok Shop content, while maintaining on-brand tone and delivering content on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in organic social across brands or agencies.
• Ability to translate strategy into creative concepts and briefs.
• Proven track record of managing content calendars and creators.

Responsibilities

• Implement the organic social strategy across Bettervits and Pawfy.
• Own and manage multiple social content calendars.
• Develop content ideas and briefs, support creators with hooks and direction.
• Manage day-to-day posting, community management, and publishing.
• Analyze performance and feed learnings into planning.
• Coordinate end-to-end social workflow across teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Influencer, Paid, and TikTok Shop teams.
