Crew Clothing Head Office is seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy for two iconic brands. You will own engagement, growth, and content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms from our Kingston upon Thames base.

The role blends creativity, strategy, and analytics in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage calendars, create high-quality content, analyze performance, and collaborate with marketing, creative, and trade teams to maximise brand reach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience managing social media for a comparable brand.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and online communities, specifically Instagram & TikTok.
• Hands-on experience creating, filming, and editing engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media calendars for both brands, aligning with campaigns and performance insights.
• Manage content scheduling, updates, and publishing across platforms to drive growth in followers, engagement, reach and conversions.
• Oversee daily social media operations including content creation, captions, posting, community engagement, and user-generated content.
• Stay on top of trends and conversations, responding promptly to opportunities to create brand moments.
• Drive growth on Instagram and TikTok with strategy to expand reach and engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, coordinating with customer service for a seamless experience.
