Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing a brand’s organic social channels, with results to show.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram and Facebook, including content formats and analytics.
• Track record of measurable organic growth supported by data.
• Experience developing content strategies, calendars and publishing.
• Strong copywriting and creative judgement for engaging content.
• Ability to self-shoot and edit content where needed.
• Experience managing online communities and handling comments and sensitive interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Voy’s organic presence on Instagram and Facebook with a clear strategy for each platform.
• Build and maintain a consistent content calendar balancing planned campaigns with reactive opportunities.
• Take ownership from ideation through to publication, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Identify opportunities to grow audience, reach and engagement and strengthen brand presence.
• Adapt content to suit each platform rather than simply reposting assets.
