Overview: Gopuff is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, the Junior Operations Supervisor plays a vital role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. This role is a core part of the Site leadership team, responsible for maintaining high operational standards at our MFCs to ensure timely and accurate delivery for our customers. Gopuff provides everyday essentials around the clock, rain or shine. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers eager to reshape retail faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading: Managing the warehouse team during your shift, leading by example, training new team members, and being confident in processes and products.
2. Picking and packing: Accurately selecting and packing items for customer orders.
3. Delivery Partners: Assisting in managing Delivery Partners to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
4. Issue resolution: Contacting customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
5. Goods Inbound: Receiving products from vendors, verifying counts, and resolving discrepancies.
6. Stock management: Organizing inventory, conducting cycle counts, managing waste, and ensuring compliance, including partnership with TooGoodToGo.
7. Warehouse management: Keeping the warehouse compliant, clean, organized, and aligned with standards.
8. Health and Safety: Supporting onsite health and safety compliance and testing.

About You:

1. Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
2. Basic knowledge of web-based software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
3. Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude.
6. Flexible and available to cover shifts between 7am and 3am.
