Overview:

Gopuff is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, the Junior Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. This role is a core part of the Site leadership team, responsible for maintaining high operational standards at our MFCs to ensure timely and accurate delivery for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Leading: Manage and lead the warehouse team during your shift, training new team members and demonstrating confidence in processes and products.
• Picking and packing: Accurately pick and pack items per order for dispatch.
• Delivery Partners: Support management of Delivery Partners to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
• Issue resolution: Contact customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Goods Inbound: Receive products from vendors, verify counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Stock management: Organize inventory, conduct cycle counts, and manage waste and compliance, including partnership with TooGoodToGo.
• Warehouse management: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Health and Safety: Support onsite health and safety compliance and testing.

About You:

• Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).
