Job Description:

A private investment management company based in Mayfair is looking for a Junior Office Manager to join their small and friendly team. This role is fully office-based with hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements: A degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge university, 3 A levels with grades A, and a grade 7 or higher in GCSE Maths.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the office environment and presentation
  • Handling office suppliers
  • Arranging team travel
  • Managing reception and greeting clients and visitors
  • Handling incoming mail, booking, and preparing meeting rooms
  • Assisting Directors with personal admin tasks
  • Providing holiday cover for the EA
  • Planning team events
  • Ordering office supplies and providing a healthy lunch daily

Ideal candidates are MS Office literate, detail-oriented, team players, and able to prioritize tasks. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Candidates will need to complete a personality test, an online maths test, and a trial day at the office.
