This fully office-based role involves general office management tasks, client interaction, and providing administrative support to directors. A private investment management company based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a Junior Office Manager to join their small and friendly company. Note this role is fully office-based with hours of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday – Friday.
To be considered for this position, you must hold a degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge University, have 3 A levels grades which are grade A, and grade 7 or higher in maths GCSE.
As Junior Office Manager, your duties will include:
To be successful in this role, you must be MS Office literate, have good attention to detail and be willing to help where needed. You will be a team player and be able to prioritise tasks along with possessing excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Successful candidates will need to complete a personality test, online maths test and trial day at the office.
