This fully office-based role involves a variety of tasks, from managing office supplies and reception duties to assisting Directors with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
Position: Junior Office Manager
A private investment management company based in Mayfair is seeking a Junior Office Manager to join their small, friendly team. This is a fully office-based role with working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Minimum Qualifications: A degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge university, three A levels with grade A, and a grade 7 or higher in GCSE Maths.
Responsibilities include:
Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office, keen attention to detail, team-oriented attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
Candidates will need to complete a personality test, an online maths test, and a trial day at the office.
