Role: Junior Office Manager

Salary: up to £28,000

Hours: 40 hours, Mon to Fri, AM - PM or AM-PM

Location: Birmingham City Centre

  1. Providing a friendly and professional greeting as the initial point of contact.

  3. Drafting and dispatching company communications and paperwork.
  4. Maintaining professional rapport with the team and addressing facility concerns promptly.
  5. Assisting the recruitment team with administrative tasks.
  6. Planning and organizing social events, including managing budgets.
  7. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance team productivity.
Ideal attributes:
  1. Experience in a front-of-house role.
  2. Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
