Job Title: Office Manager at Mercenfeld Primary School

Salary Grade 8, Pts 15-18 (£24,938 to £27,052 per annum)

Working hours: 37 hours; Term Time + Inset Days + 2 weeks (41 weeks)

Start Date: 26th August 2025

Provisional Interview Date: Wednesday 18th June 2025

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong administration skills to join Mercenfeld Primary School as an Office Manager on a permanent basis. The role involves working Monday to Friday, 08:15-16:00, and working closely with the Headteacher and SLT to ensure the smooth operation of the school, supporting the delivery of quality education.

Candidate Profile
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a busy school office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience with Arbor, PSF, and Microsoft Office is desirable
