• Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy.
• UK HCPC registration or currently applying.
• Evidence of ability to research, plan, implement and evaluate projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT assessments.
• Under supervision, plan and review OT treatment programmes.
• Under supervision, identify and action referrals in-house and externally.
• Support planning, evaluation and audit of practices and clinical pathways.
• Ensure contemporaneous records and activity data are maintained.
