YMCA Black Country Group is seeking a passionate Junior Nursery Manager to lead our thriving nursery, providing exceptional care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support daily operations, inspire and develop staff, and create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that meets EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

administration while also supporting the nursery's continued growth and success.
