YMCA Black Country Group's Pelsall Lane Day Nursery is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to lead a team and ensure high-quality early years education for children from birth to 5 years.
You will work with the Nursery Manager to set a positive example, foster a warm environment for children and families, and promote safeguarding and best practice within the setting.

SHAPE YOUNG LIVES AS DEPUTY NURSERY MANAGER
Lead a team that makes a real difference to children's development every single day. This deputy manager role puts you at the
heart of delivering exceptional early years education in our homely, caring environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
You will work alongside our Nursery Manager to maintain high quality education and care. Your leadership will inspire the team and
create positive outcomes for the children in our community.

Our nursery provides a warm, nurturing environment where children thrive and develop. We offer flexible childcare sessions all
year round, 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
