  • Cycle to Work & Tech purchase schemes.

  • Enhanced family leave policies.

  • Staff broadband discount (75%).

  • High street discounts on 100+ brands.

  • Summer & Christmas team socials.

  • Career development opportunities - Whether you want to lead a team or learn new skills, we’ll support your growth in our fast‑moving business.

What you’ll be doing as a Junior Network Planner:

  • Producing accurate fibre designs from Cabinet to Customer Access Point (CAP), considering routes, cable sizes, node locations and installation methods.

  • Creating clear and accurate Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and splice matrices for fibre designs.

  • Preparing designs and validating blueprints before they are released to our construction teams.

  • Working with planning, build and engineering teams to resolve design queries and make updates during construction.

  • Using as-built information to update network maps, project information and CAP statuses accurately.

  • Supporting Service Delivery by providing patching information and helping engineers resolve splicing or network issues.

  • Working with our Sales team to provide fibre quotes for bespoke customer build requirements.

What we’re looking for from our next Junior Network Planner:

  • Experience using GIS, particularly QGIS, with a good understanding of spatial data and mapping.
