Stripe is seeking a senior Motion Designer to define and advance our motion language across events, digital surfaces, and brand campaigns. You will collaborate with creative directors, engineers, and marketers to craft high-quality, frame-perfect motion that feels human and purposeful.

Bring 5+ years of motion design experience, mastery of After Effects, Cinema 4D, and the Adobe Creative Cloud, plus a strong portfolio of brand identity and live-event work. Hybrid or on-site in London.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in design or related field with 5+ years of motion design experience.
• Expert command of After Effects, Cinema 4D (or Houdini), AI tools, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-craft motion work—including brand identity systems, event titles, animated campaigns, and/or data-driven motion.
• Familiarity with motion design systems and applying them consistently across contexts.
• Deep understanding of animation principles: timing, easing, staging, anticipation.
• Exposure to live event environments: LED walls, stage visuals, real-time rendering, large-format displays.
• Proficiency with design collaboration tools (Figma, Keynote) and a systems-thinking approach.
• Working knowledge of emerging motion and AI tools in production workflows.
• Strong track record delivering high quality motion work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Execute motion design direction across Stripe's event experiences—from concept through final delivery.
• Contribute to and maintain Stripe's motion design system: principles, timing tokens, animation guidelines, reusable components.
• Create high-quality motion graphics for live events, broadcast, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, designers, producers, and engineers to serve a global audience.
• Coordinate with external studios or contractors in strategy, execution, and delivery.
• Share motion knowledge and best practices with teammates.
• Steward teams through large-scale motion projects and productions.
