Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting a Junior Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer for a commercial office contract along the M4 Corridor, covering Thatcham, Oxford, Basingstoke and Reading. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across 6–7 sites, with AP Training and a clear progression path.

The package includes a basic salary up to £43,000, overtime, AP Training (Yearly bonus after completion), 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Company Pension Scheme, and strong career progression

Qualifications

• Electrically or mechanically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition (Electrical bias) or equivalent.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance across 6–7 sites including lighting, control panels and BMS systems.
• Emergency lighting tests and fault finding on M&E facilities.
• Carry out M&E and fabric maintenance and keep logbooks updated.
• Escort specialist subcontractors and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Proactively identify and report faults to site management.
