Job summary

Turner Townsend is hiring a Junior Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join our Digital Workplace team in the UK. You will support a cloud-first, UK sovereign M365/Azure environment and help maintain secure operations across access, endpoint management and integrations with approved third-party cloud services.

Working with a small, collaborative team, you will gain expertise in M365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune, while assisting with troubleshooting, documentation, and service improvements to

Qualifications

• 1st Line IT support experience in a Microsoft-centric environment.
• Experience administering M365 and Azure services.
• Related IT certifications are a plus.
• Must reside in the UK and be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration and support of M365, Azure, and enterprise Exchange/Teams.
• Troubleshoot M365 connectivity and mobility issues.
• Support Power Platform apps and solutions.
• Educate end-users on M365 capabilities and collaboration tools.
• Help maintain security policies, data protection, and access controls.
