Lifeplus is seeking a Junior MI Analyst to turn business data into accurate management information that supports decision-making across the organisation. You will work with experienced MI analysts to produce reports, dashboards and analyses, validating data and addressing reporting requests.

You’ll help identify trends, data quality issues and ways to present information clearly. This role offers development across reporting and analytics within a collaborative, data-driven environment.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Junior MI Analyst to help turn business data into accurate, useful management information that supports decision-making across Lifeplus.

Working alongside experienced MI analysts and colleagues across the business, you'll help produce reports and dashboards, prepare and validate data, and respond to reporting requests. You'll also contribute to identifying trends, investigating data quality issues and improving the way information is presented.

This is an opportunity to develop your reporting and analytical experience while learning how different areas of the business use data to monitor performance and make informed decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

Produce and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams understand business performance and make informed decisions

Prepare, validate and combine data from different sources to support reporting and analysis

Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests, presenting information clearly and accurately

Identify trends, patterns, unusual results and data quality issues, supporting further investigation where needed

Work with colleagues across the business to understand reporting requirements and provide relevant information

Maintain and improve reporting processes, datasets and existing reporting solutions

Contribute to improvements in reporting tools, processes and data visualisation

Maintain accurate reporting documentation to support consistency and continuity

What We're Looking For

Experience producing reports or working with data to support business or operational decisions

Experience working with data from one or more sources, including checking its accuracy and consistency

Experience using data to identify trends, patterns or discrepancies

Experience creating or maintaining dashboards and management information reports

Experience using data visualisation or reporting tools

Experience working with operational or business performance data

Experience improving reporting processes or supporting data quality investigations
