Job summary

WolfStone Recruitment is seeking a Junior Merchandiser for a growing fashion brand in Manchester City Centre. You will own trading tasks, range planning and commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Join a team focused on driving trade performance, stock availability and assisting across stores and online, with opportunities to step into Merchandiser duties when needed. This role offers hands-on ownership of the department, analytics, and close collaboration with Buying to optimise range

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the WSSI.
• Analyse stock and sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels and cover maximise sales and protect margin.
• Manage category-level OTB.
• Ensure replenishment systems remain accurate, efficient, and fully up to date.
• Review weekly sales performance, support forecasting, and contribute to in-season trading adjustments.
• Prepare weekly trading data and coordinate timely distribution of sales reports to key stakeholders.
• Work closely with Buying teams on range planning.
• Stepping in for the Merchandiser when needed.

We are working with an exciting growing fashion brand to find a Junior Merchandiser who’s confident with trading, range planning and making commercial decisions, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time office based role in Manchester City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a department, driving trade performance, stock availability and support commercial decisions across stores and online.
