Overview

Elite have partnered with an iconic high-street brand, who are seeking an experienced Junior Merchandiser to join the team.

This role supports the Merchandising team in planning, developing, and delivering commercial product ranges that balance creativity with business objectives. You will play a key part in managing stock, analysing performance, and collaborating with buying, design, and retail teams to maximise sales and profit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in range planning and seasonal product strategy alongside Merchandisers and Buyers.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and best/worst sellers; recommend actions to optimise performance.
• Support in forecasting demand, planning stock intake, and managing replenishment.
• Produce weekly and seasonal trading reports and provide insights on trends and performance.
• Track deliveries and work with supply chain/warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
• Maintain critical path and update key stakeholders on product status.
