Job summary

Fashion Personnel in East London is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join a fast-growing fashion retailer's head office team. You will work with the Merchandising Manager to drive sales, stock performance and profitability across a high-volume product area, with progression opportunities.

The role offers hybrid working: 4 days in the East London head office and 1 day from home, with strong career development and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at Assistant Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser level within a fashion retail head office.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Highly commercial with a genuine passion for product.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and trade product ranges to maximise sales and profit.
• Analyse sales, stock, and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Build and maintain department WSSI plans and forecasts.
• Work closely with Buying, Design, and Supply Chain teams.
• Review stock levels and implement action plans to optimise availability.
• Support promotional and markdown strategies.
