Job summary

Represent Clothing Inc. in Horwich is seeking a highly organised Junior Menswear Product Developer. You will support the product team through concept-to-launch, manage samples, costings and BOMs, and liaise with suppliers to keep development on schedule.

The role works closely with design, technical and merchandising to uphold brand quality. You will assist with new fabrics, trims, logos, and lab dips while maintaining PLM data and supplier communications.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' relevant experience in luxury/jersey is advantageous.
• Develop commercial awareness and willingness to flag risks.
• Experience in a fast-paced product creation function.
• Relevant fashion/textiles qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of product styles from concept to launch.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks under Product Manager guidance.
• Create BOMs with attention to detail for factories.
• Coordinate daily supplier communication and progress updates.
• Assist with development of fabrics, trims and logos.
• Interact with factories and fabric mills via regular video meetings.
• Monitor factory performance and ensure ethical/brand standards.
• Own sample tracking and chase suppliers for updates.
• Provide admin support and raise SMS purchase orders.
• Maintain PLM product data and prepare for meetings.
