Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a menswear product developer and designer to join a growing team. You will design across menswear multiproduct collections, researching trends and creating mood boards, collaborating with design, production and technical teams to develop new ranges.

Responsibilities include fabric and trim selection, costings, CADs and detailed tech packs for factories, chasing samples, lab dips, and branding.

Qualifications

Experience in menswear product development and design.
Strong CAD skills and attention to detail.
Ability to translate trends into concepts and ranges.

Responsibilities

Research trends and produce mood boards.
Collaborate with design, production and technical teams to develop new ranges.
Select fabrics and trims; perform costings; create CADs and detailed tech packs for factories.
Chase samples; approve lab dips; design labels and branding.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure high-quality final products.
Potential to travel overseas and present at customer meetings with a major retailer.
